Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
1. Our Commitment
EstimateBusinessValue, LLC (dba ROI Selling) is committed to making the ValueNavigator website and platform accessible to people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time project, and we work to improve it as we release new content and features.
2. The Standard We Work Toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, to the extent reasonably achievable within our website platform, which is built on WordPress and Elementor.
We want to be straightforward about this: we are stating a target, not claiming full formal conformance or certification. Parts of the experience depend on third-party components, including our content management system, page builder, embedded forms, and the embedded value assessment. Where a third-party component falls short, our ability to remediate it may be limited, and we will prioritize a fix or an accessible alternative.
3. What We Have Done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order
- A “Skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every page
- Landmark regions (
banner, navigation, main, contentinfo), letting screen reader users navigate by region - Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels tied to every form field
- Keyboard-operable navigation and controls, with a visible focus indicator
- Color and type choices reviewed for contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds
- Responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow at smaller viewport widths
- Descriptive link text rather than bare “click here” phrasing
4. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where the experience may not yet fully meet Level AA, and we are working on them:
- Embedded third-party components. The value assessment tool and embedded forms are provided through third-party platforms whose markup we do not fully control.
- Page-builder output. Some markup is generated by Elementor, which can introduce nesting or ARIA patterns we cannot directly edit.
- Documents. Older downloadable resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We can provide an accessible alternative on request.
5. Report a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us. Feedback from people who actually hit the problem is the most useful input we get.

Postal mail: EstimateBusinessValue, LLC (dba ROI Selling), 514 Americas Way, PMB 20083, Box Elder, SD 57719
To help us respond quickly, please include the page address, a short description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will tell you our plan and expected timeline for a fix.
6. Alternative Ways to Get What You Need
If any part of this site prevents you from getting information or completing a task, contact us and we will provide the information or complete the task with you through another channel, including email or a scheduled call. You do not need to explain why you need an alternative.
7. How We Assess Accessibility
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated checks and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation, heading and landmark structure review, and contrast measurement. Automated tools catch only a portion of real barriers, which is why reports from users remain an important part of how we find issues.
8. Updates to This Statement
We will revise this statement as we remediate the limitations above or as the site changes, and will update the effective date shown at the top.
